Story's from the office.

Every day it seems the phones are ringing more and more. All are interesting to every customer and of course demand the first priority. In this business though every customer comes first because waking up or discovering that any sort of wildlife has made there home there own becomes scary. Your first priority is to no matter what make sure that you ensure the customer knows you are there for them to assist them in correcting the problem to the best of our company's ability and the first thing is first to reclaim your home.

One particular call came in from a lady that started out telling us about the fact that she thought she was going crazy because she kept hearing footsteps in her walls. Every time she would get out of bed at night to go and investigate they would stop. So she would always go back to bed and dismiss it as she was just hearing things.

Well her story went on to say I know I was not crazy. Saturday morning I was off to do my weekly cleaning as usual and reached under my sink to get the cleaners and they moved. She says, I was horrified, I gained my composure and took a closer look to find a nest of about 7 baby rats. At that point she says. I was disgusted and knew that no mater how much cleaning that I did it was not going to help until I got them moved out. You always hear the horror storeys about the filth they bring in and the disease there carry. She said again I decided to put my cleaning on hold and do some investigating of my own and got on the Internet and did a search for rats. The first thing that came up was your add for Nuisance Wildlife Relocation, Inc. so here I am talking to you and what do I do next.

I assured you that it was a problem that could be solved. I got her information and sent a technician out to her home the next day. We offered her a free inspection of her home to show her what the problems were. She was thrilled. The technician went out an quickly found her problem. She was so sure that her home was protected as she had barriers installed when she moved in. There was a hole at the air conditioning unit under the slab right at the edge of the house were you could see had become a well traveled path. It was no bigger then a golf ball. With further inspection he found that the wire was not fully attached to the back part of the trailer probably the years of weather had pushed it down leaving her home exposed. The tech was able to assure er that the problem could be fixed with trapping, NO Poisons, and with a complete exclusion of her home which sealing every crack, crevice, or hole bigger then a quarter. Also replacing the wire correctly and attaching it properly.

The customer was very happy, when I called to see how the process was going and how she was feeling about the progress she was very happy. We set traps for 2 strait weeks checking the every other day until the traps were no longer tripped or occupied. All the traps were pulled and the exclusion was completed in a timely manner. She was offered a 1 year warranty for free but with the scare that she found that Saturday morning she opted to purchase and extended warrant of 3 years. So with that little story being told it seems that we have another happy customer and her cleaning days go uninterrupted and her nights are no longer sleepless.
